Susan Blanchard Before moving to Washington, Susan was a native of Klamath Falls, Oregon, and also lived in Medford for a while. She has lived in Kent since 1999 with her husband. Prior to joining our staff, she had 29 years experience as a clerical specialist and office assistant, as well as a chiropractic and physical therapy assistant. Susan specialises in insurance relations and billing, and is here on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. She is the one to speak to if you have questions about coverage, insurance, deductibles, co-pays, and other accounting issues. Bridgett Thiele Bridgett, the newest member of our team, is a native of Enumclaw, WA and currently lives in Bonney Lake. Before joining the Meridian Valley Chiropractic team, she worked in the banking industry. She enjoys working and socialising with her horse, all kinds of outdoor activities and sports. She is getting married in Summer 2010. Heidi Kelly Heide is a certified medical and chiropractic assistant who had previous chiropractic office experience before joining us. Currently residing in Auburn, she has two children and is actively involved in her church. At our office, she helps with scheduling, reception, clerical, billing, and cranial assisting.
